1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from the operator of Buy Laptop With Crypto, trading as Buy Laptop With Crypto. Contact: contact@buylaptopwithcrypto.com.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. The total you confirm at checkout is made of the items, shipping to your address and any tax that applies. That total is fixed when the order is created. You choose a cryptocurrency, and we show the exact amount of it to send, calculated from market prices at that moment.

An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. Before that, nothing is reserved and nothing is owed.

3. Paying with cryptocurrency

Each order gets its own deposit address and an exact amount. They are held for 2 hours, after which the order closes. Send the exact amount, on the network shown, from a wallet you control.

A payment that arrives after the window closes is not lost: we match it to your order by hand, which takes longer. If you did not pay, nothing is charged.

Coins sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or without a required memo cannot be recovered by anyone, including us, and we are not responsible for them. If a payment is short of the amount due, we pause the order and contact you to choose between sending the difference and having the payment returned. If it is over, we tell you and offer to return the difference.

You confirm that the funds you send are lawfully yours to spend.

4. Delivery

Most builds and kits ship within 5 to 10 business days of payment, depending on parts availability. Shipping rates, regions and timing are on the shipping and returns page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

We cannot ship to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria. By ordering you confirm that the delivery address is not in a destination we have excluded and that you are not acting for someone who is.

5. Returns and warranty

Unused items and unopened kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery. An assembled laptop can be returned within 14 days if it has not been modified. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty. Everything we sell carries a 12 month warranty against defects. Details are on the shipping and returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

A DIY kit is a set of new parts for you to assemble. Each part carries its maker's warranty, and we help you make a claim. Damage caused while assembling a kit is not a defect, so take your time and follow the assembly guide.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made in cryptocurrency, to an address you give us, for the US dollar amount of what is being refunded, less the network fee for the transfer.

7. Stock and mistakes

If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was published in error, we will tell you before we ship and offer a replacement or a full refund. We will not charge you more than the total you confirmed.

8. Your data

What we collect, why, and when we erase it is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

We are responsible for goods and services that are not as described or not delivered. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, for the loss of data stored on a device, or for changes in the value of cryptocurrency between the day you paid and the day of any refund.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established.
